4. Information Products

We offer digital guides and resources that assist in locating replacement parts. These are delivered via download links upon purchase.

5. Goods

Found parts or replacement items sold through our platform are subject to availability. Title and risk pass to you upon shipment.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Services: Due to the customized nature of each search engagement, service fees are non-refundable once the research process has begun. However, you may request a one-time reschedule by notifying us at least 48 hours before the agreed start time. Reschedule requests can be made via contact us. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance or after service commencement are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

6.2 Information Products: Digital products are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided no download link has been accessed. Once a download link has been used, the product is considered consumed and no refund will be issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

6.3 Goods: Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us for a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, founditnow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or any failure to locate a requested part.
